Commercial Insurance Producer
Compensation: $80K-$150K DOE
Location: Bothell, WA

They cater to middle market and “lower Fortune 500” businesses, private equity firms, alternative asset managers, corporate executives, and high net worth families. With a client-centered, team-based, and industry-focused approach, they offer attractive commission and equity components in their compensation model, along with employer-paid medical, dental, vision, and 401k benefits. Currently, they are seeking a qualified individual to join their team as a Commercial Producer.
Commercial Insurance Producer Job Responsibilities
- Prospect and hunt for Mid & Large Market Commercial Accounts
Qualifications
- Solid background in independent agency Commercial Production (no captives, carriers, or wholesale brokers)
- Demonstrated experience in Mid & Large Commercial Market with a minimum revenue book of $350,000
- Ability to acquire and validate a book of business from the previous agency
- Familiarity with minimum revenue thresholds per transaction
- Strong prospecting and hunting skills for commercial accounts
