Commercial Account Manager
Compensation: $60K-$70K DOE

Our client, a leading provider of Commercial Insurance, offers a comprehensive package of Employer Paid Medical, Dental, Vision & 401k benefits. They are seeking a dedicated Commercial Account Manager to join their professional team.
This role is pivotal to the organization, ensuring efficient account management, data entry, and account marketing. The successful candidate will work closely with various internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and meet client needs.
Commercial Account Manager Job Responsibilities
- Manage client accounts effectively
- Ensure precise data entry and account marketing
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction
- Handle invoicing and accounts receivable
- Assist with claims and provide regular customer service for clients
Qualifications
- Experience in Account Management and Client Relationship Management
- Active Property & Casualty license
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Commercial Insurance
- Experience with Epic Agency Management system
- Excellent multitasking, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Ability to work fully in-office
