Business Development Representative | $80K-$110K OTE

Are you an experienced Business Development Representative with a proven track record in B2B sales? Our client, a leading supplier of medical supplies, including first aid kits and eye wash stations, is looking for a dynamic sales professional to join their team.
With a minimum of 5 years in a similar role, the ideal candidate will excel at prospecting, setting appointments, and closing deals. If you’re a proactive ‘hunter’ who thrives on generating new business, this role could be a perfect fit for you.
Business Development Representative Job Responsibilities
- Prospecting: Minimum of 5 years experience in a B2B sales role, responsible for generating your own leads and pipeline.
- Setting Appointments: Spend 4 hours, twice a week, to set up business meetings.
- Sales Meetings: Go on appointments and close the deal. Rest of the time is spent attending these meetings.
- Weekly Meetings: Participate in a 2-hour meeting every Monday to go through the sales funnel.
- Lead Generation: Dedicate half a day to blitz lead generation, reviews, and strategizing.
- KPIs: Expected to secure 8 new accounts a month.
Qualifications
- Stable job history, with an average tenure longer than 3 years in most recent roles.
- Experience in B2B service sales is a plus.
- Ability to prospect new clients, close deals, and move on to the next opportunity.
