[Building Materials] Project Manager Trainee | $55K-$65K OTE

Project Manager Trainee Job Responsibilities
- Proactively initiate contact with new clients through phone and email to generate new business opportunities.
- Market the company’s services and products effectively to attract and retain clients.
- Answer calls promptly and follow up on service or product inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Provide accurate quotes for services and products to potential and existing clients.
- Oversee material procurement for projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective acquisition.
Qualifications
- 1 to 2 years of experience or exposure to the construction or building materials industry, including lumber, windows, doors, roofing, and siding.
- Ability to understand blueprints and technical documents related to construction projects.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly.
- Strong team player with a great personality, demonstrating the ability to work collaboratively within a dynamic environment.
- Demonstrated initiative, with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
