[Building Materials] Project Manager | $50K DOE
Location: Auburn, WA

Our client is a reputable provider of fencing, decks, and siding solutions, serving both residential and commercial customers. They are currently seeking a Project Manager who will be integral to overseeing fencing and decking projects from concept to completion.
In this role, you will be responsible for a multitude of tasks, including measuring and laying out jobs, ordering materials, coordinating installation, and ensuring final payments. It’s a diverse role that requires a unique blend of technical expertise and customer management skills.
Project Manager Job Responsibilities
- Measure and lay out fencing and decking projects, performing site surveys to ensure correct installation
- Manage the entire project lifecycle from installer coordination to customer satisfaction
- Order and manage materials to ensure timely project completion
- Coordinate team deployment to job sites
- Monitor project progress, ensuring it meets quality standards and timelines
- Complete projects and secure final payment from the customer
- Maintain communication channels between all parties involved, from installers to customers
Qualifications
- Background in construction is essential; experience in fencing and decking is a plus
- Potential book of business in the commercial realm is advantageous
- Strong ability to estimate project costs accurately
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Effective communication abilities
- Valid driver’s license as site visits will be required
