Compensation: $90K-$110K DOE + Annual Net Profit Bonus
Location:   Woodinville, WA

The Inside Sales Estimator will play a key role in driving new business and managing client relationships. By leveraging your knowledge of commercial construction and connections with local general contractors, property developers, and builders, you will acquire leads, secure projects, and develop opportunities.

This role emphasizes both established and new client relationships, requiring you to build trust, find projects, and grow the business. While a senior estimator will assist with the technical aspects, you will need strong math skills and expertise in blueprint reading, takeoffs, and the commercial construction process. This is a non-commission role with an annual bonus based on company net profit, along with excellent benefits.

Inside Sales / Estimator Job Responsibilities


  • Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities in the Puget Sound market.
  • Build and maintain relationships with general contractors, property developers, and commercial construction stakeholders.
  • Perform takeoffs and develop project estimates, ensuring accuracy and alignment with client needs.
  • Collaborate with senior estimators and internal teams to transition secured projects for execution.
  • Act as a proactive sales representative, contributing to the branch’s reputation for creativity and results.
  • Leverage knowledge of acoustic materials, drywall, specs, and compliance as needed to support sales efforts.

Qualifications


  • Sales experience or strong aptitude in the commercial construction market.
  • Established relationships with local general contractors, builders, and property owners.
  • Knowledge of estimating, takeoffs, and front-end commercial construction processes.
  • Familiarity with acoustic materials, drywall, and compliance is a plus.
  • Ability to thrive in a fresh, dynamic team culture focused on creativity and results.
