[Behavioral Psychology] Clinical Supervisor | $52K-$85K DOE
Location: Covington, WA
Our client, is a leading provider of early childhood intervention services for children aged 0-3 years old. They offer center, home, and community-based ABA programs, evaluations and assessments, parent coordination and support, individualized treatment, and social skills development. We are currently seeking a Clinical Supervisor (BCBA or BCaBA) to join our client’s team.
Behavioral Clinical Supervisor Job Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and providing supervision for a team of BCaBAs, BTs, and RBTs. Your main focus will be on conducting one-on-one work, writing reports as needed, and performing all responsibilities associated with BCBA or BCaBA roles. As a Clinical Supervisor, you will guide families and provide oversight for 20 clients, primarily individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, and learning disabilities.
With a team of 13 BTs, you will support and distribute the caseload based on each team member’s experience and familiarity. This role emphasizes billable hours, supervision, and program modifications, allowing you to concentrate on clinical supervision and family guidance rather than administrative tasks.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should be willing to travel between clinic, in-home, and school appointments. Additionally, you should be available to assist BTs and RBTs in obtaining their required hours.
Certification through the Behavioral Analysis Certification Board (BACB) as a BCBA or BCaBA is required.
