Assistant Superintendent
Compensation: $80K-$100K DOE
Location: Redmond, WA

In light of their continuous expansion, they are seeking an Assistant Superintendent to join their dynamic team and contribute to their ongoing multifamily projects. Assistant Superintendent Job Responsibilities
- Assist in the completion of two multifamily projects, ensuring adherence to schedule, cost control, and safety standards
- Oversee daily operations, including subcontractor contact and maintenance of the completion log with photos
- At project completion, engage with owners to ensure their satisfaction and conformance to specifications and standards
- Contribute to the planning and execution of upcoming projects in Bellevue, Bothell, and the greater Seattle area
Qualifications
- Experience in construction, preferably residential
- Leadership skills and ability to work effectively within a team
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Proficiency in using computers for cost and communication updates
- Knowledge of scheduling, blueprint reading, and construction trades
- Initiative, integrity, and a personality that fits the company culture
