Equipment Sales Manager Job Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a sales team, providing one-on-one coaching and development to drive success.
- Maintain and grow relationships with customers within the region through regular visits.
- Attend equipment knowledge sessions and internal training programs, requiring overnight travel.
- Drive sales growth by identifying new opportunities and implementing effective strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in heavy and agricultural equipment, with a strong understanding of products.
- Previous supervisory or team management experience, demonstrating effective leadership skills.
- Familiarity with the local market and customers, enabling you to better serve their needs.
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
- Strong oral and written communication abilities, ensuring effective communication with customers and team members.
