Account Manager | $52K-$60K + Commission

They are currently on the lookout for an Account Manager whose primary objective is to offer exceptional customer service, especially to their national, large, and key accounts, which form a significant part of their business. This role is central to maintaining and building strong relationships with these crucial accounts, ensuring seamless operations and the utmost satisfaction of their clients.
Account Manager Job Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for national, large, and key accounts.
- Efficiently handle Request for Quotations (RFQs) and identify required items.
- Collaborate with the procurement team, outside sales team, and local manufacturers to address customer needs.
- Work towards providing top-tier customer service and achieving the company’s financial objectives.
- Analyze past, current, and projected purchase patterns and needs using Excel.
- Manage customer service inquiries, shipment logistics, pricing strategies, and supply issues.
- Address and resolve any challenges or concerns to ensure customer satisfaction.
