This is a great opportunity to join a busy, dynamic agency in a key role as a Commercial Account Manager, where you will play an essential part in managing client accounts, supporting daily operations, and contributing to the agency’s continued success. Responsibilities
- Perform policy checking to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Provide backup receptionist and administrative support as needed
- Assist with claims support for clients throughout the process
- Process certificates and endorsements in a timely manner
- Invoice clients and address billing inquiries professionally
- Provide quotes, estimates, and write walk-in and referral business (no cold calling, prospecting, or quotas)
Qualifications
- Active Washington State Property & Casualty License (required)
- 2+ years of Independent Insurance Agency experience
- Excellent communication and time-management skills
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong team player with a collaborative and positive attitude
