Estimator / Project Manager
Compensation: $80K-$90K DOE
Location: Auburn, WA
Our client is a leading provider of airfield and heliport lighting, cable, sealants, safety equipment, and lighting protection. They are in search of an Estimator / Project Manager to join their dynamic organization. This role is critical to maintaining the organized and efficient operation of the sales team, identifying and developing project opportunities, and ensuring seamless project execution.
Estimator Job Responsibilities
- Identify and develop project opportunities using Dodge reports and other industry sources
- Maintain an organized bid schedule for the sales team
- Order project plans and specifications
- Perform plan take-offs and develop comprehensive bills of materials
- Engage with contractors through plan holders lists
- Provide accurate project quotes and conduct follow-ups to secure business
- Prepare Adobe PDF product submittals
- Coordinate project execution with sales support personnel to ensure seamless delivery
Qualifications
- Experience in estimating commercial lighting projects (ideally 2-5 years)
- Open to more junior candidates
- Experience in electrical contractor sales is highly desirable
