Outside Sales
Compensation: $75K+ OTE
Location: Eugene, OR
Our client specializes in providing top-notch industrial supplies, such as fasteners, drill bits, cutting tools, safety protection, screwdrivers, saws, and more. They are currently seeking an enthusiastic Outside Sales Representative to join their dynamic sales force. This role will be based in a territory covering Albany, Lebanon, Sweet Home, Corvallis, and Eugene, and will involve both account management and new business development. The ideal candidate will have a knack for solidifying long-term relationships while simultaneously hunting for new opportunities.
Outside Sales Job Responsibilities
- Re-engage past customers and develop new business within the assigned territory
- Prospect and close new accounts across various industries such as manufacturing, fabrication, lumber, agriculture, and equipment-building
- Sell a diverse range of industrial supplies, including fasteners, abrasives, nuts, bolts, and related products
- Conduct regular in-person customer visits and provide solutions-based sales support
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams and branch locations to support customer needs
Qualifications
- Mid-level outside sales experience, preferably in industrial supply, fasteners, or related markets
- Comfortable managing an existing book of business while actively prospecting
- Self-motivated, organized, and relationship-driven
- Experience selling to blue-collar, industrial, or manufacturing customers preferred
