Assistant Superintendent
Compensation: $80K-$90K DOE
Location: Redmond, WA
Our client, a well-known and highly respected commercial building and remediation company, is seeking an Assistant Superintendent. With over a decade in the industry, this company is recognized for its exceptional team culture, sustainable growth, and a commitment to excellence and integrity. They are in the process of expanding and need a qualified individual to contribute to their ongoing multifamily projects. Assistant Superintendent Job Responsibilities
- Assist in the completion of a 144-unit project, ensuring adherence to schedule, cost control, and safety standards.
- Oversee daily operations, including subcontractor contact and maintenance of the completion log with photos.
- At project completion, engage with owners to ensure their satisfaction and conformance to specifications and standards.
- Contribute to the planning and execution of upcoming projects in Tri Cities (multi & single-family projects).
Qualifications
- Experience in construction, preferably residential.
- Leadership skills and ability to work effectively within a team.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Proficiency in using computers for cost and communication updates.
- Knowledge of scheduling, blueprint reading, and construction trades.
- Initiative, integrity, and a personality that fits the company culture.
