Branch Manager
Compensation: $80K-$95K DOE
Location: Pasco, WA
Our client offers a comprehensive selection of hydraulic and automation components and systems, hoses, fittings, instrumentation, lubrication, and filtration products. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a growing branch as a key figure responsible for operations, P/L, team growth, and sales performance. The company proudly supplies products across all Parker divisions (excluding aerospace), making them a leading source for hydraulics, pneumatics, filtration, electromechanical technology, fluid & gas handling, process control, and sealing & shielding products.
Branch Manager Job Responsibilities
- Oversee branch operations and P/L
- Develop a talented, but green, team
- Spearhead sales activities and results
- Lead growth of the company’s flagship brand in the area
- Expand customer accounts and sales
- Grow the branch business to maintenance, equipment, and power generation sectors
Qualifications
- Demonstrated business and team development success
- Relational sales style
- Sales and supervisory background
- Mechanical orientation
- Familiarity with products, especially R-H brand (training provided)
- Self-motivated and able to grow people, revenue, and branch
- P&L responsibility and sales team supervisory success
