Serving a diverse range of clients including commercial public spaces, corporate campuses, condos, and residential yards, they employ both traditional and sustainable landscape design, ensuring conservation of natural resources. They are recognized for their personable customer service, innovative designs, and high standard service. They are currently seeking a Landscape Operations Manager for their Seattle Market.
Landscape Operations Manager Job Responsibilities
- Oversee services for landscape irrigation, maintenance, and enhancements
- Manage multiple crews ensuring quality work is delivered on time and within budget
- Focus on client communication, crew coordination, and service delivery
- Lead, plan, and work cross-functionally with production teams
- Identify opportunities for operational growth and efficiency
Qualifications
- Experience with P&L management
- Proven track record of identifying efficiencies and growth opportunities
- Experience managing teams and coordinating cross-functional work
- Landscape experience is a plus, but not necessary
- Ability to present strategies for increasing profitability and efficiency
