[Industrial Laundry] Sales Director
Compensation: $150K OTE
Location: Renton, WA
Our client, an industrial laundry and supplies company servicing the restaurant, bar, hospitality, and medical clinic industries, is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Sales Director. This key role involves managing the outside sales team to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction. Sales Director Job Responsibilities
- Managing the outside sales team
- Hiring, training, and if necessary, terminating team members
- Resolving team issues
- Conducting field training, ride-alongs, and assisting in closing sales
- Setting the pace for the sales team
Qualifications
- Experience managing or leading an outside sales team
- Proficiency in a selling system, ideally Sandler
- Ability to teach, train and manage quota and activity-driven sales reps
