Compensation: $125K-$145K DOE

Location:   Lynnwood, WA

Our client, a leading name in the HVAC and plumbing mechanical engineering sector for commercial projects, offers a competitive remuneration package. Service Senior Project Manager Job Responsibilities


  • Develop new business in line with the company’s strategy and long-term goals
  • Develop and maintain client relationships
  • Develop conceptual estimates at an early stage in the project
  • Communicate and turn over complete, detailed estimates to the Service Operations team
  • Consult with clients on the performance of mechanical system operations, resulting in budget-based projects
  • Create job estimates and prepare project budgets and proposals
  • Track all sales leads and opportunities in the CRM
  • Estimate and negotiate change orders
  • Track, forecast, and report labor hours and material costs
  • Buyout equipment, fixtures, specials, and subcontracts
  • Expedite and track deliveries of materials, fixtures, specials, and equipment
  • Maintain working knowledge of accounts (clients), work scope, and specifications of projects
  • Maintain and control documents in compliance with company standards
  • Supervise Project Managers, Project Engineers, and Project Coordinators
  • Collaborate with field labor supervision to plan, organize, and schedule project work
  • Create and manage all project schedules in Smartsheet
  • Review contract drawings, detail drawings, and specifications
  • Provide proactive, clear, and timely communication to team members
  • Ensure full compliance with company Safety Program on the jobsites
  • Uphold company Core Values

Qualifications


The ideal candidate would have at least 5 years of experience in the commercial space, not the residential space. The ability to handle multiple projects (5+) simultaneously is essential. Business development experience and the ability to manage leads effectively is a prerequisite.
