They are currently seeking a talented individual to join their team as a Special Projects Group PM.

Special Projects Group Project Manager Job Responsibilities

• Take leadership role and ownership of estimates, project scoping, proposals, project safety and project execution while meeting or exceeding department profitability goals.
• Ability to provide conceptual HVAC and plumbing designs for estimating purposes.
• Understanding of mechanical systems costing and value analysis.
• Effective communication with the engineering staff to ensure complete designs that convey clear scope and scope within project established budget.
• Collaborate with and support the business development team to secure new business.

Qualifications

• Ability to accurately estimate mechanical work.
• Ability to lead and foster a positive working environment.
• Ability to understand and communicate basic mechanical concepts.
• Advanced organizational and time management skills
• Attention to detail – errors & mistakes can result in significant financial losses.
