Compensation: $80K-$120K DOE + Commission
Location: Bellevue, WA
Our client, a design-build and engineering services company, offers a comprehensive range of services that include pre-construction, detailing, BIM, VDC, special projects, plumbing & pipefitting installation, HVAC, and fabrication. They are currently looking for a dynamic Service Sales Lead to introduce their services and write proposals for maintenance contracts. This role is critical in maintaining client relationships and driving sales.
Service Sales Lead Job Responsibilities
- Identify, pre-qualify, and reach out to non-contract customers to introduce the services provided
- Write proposals and contracts for maintenance services
- Obtain technical information to discuss HVAC/Plumbing equipment and their maintenance requirements with clients
- Prepare estimates for maintenance contracts using the appropriate software and internal resources
- Prospect, cold-call, and network to generate leads and sales opportunities
- Follow up on sales leads and lists generated by management and other sources
- Maintain client relationships and regularly check in with current maintenance clients
- Assist in developing sales processes and standards
- Perform other duties as assigned from time to time
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in marketing and sales of Service related to technical products and/or systems
- Experience in the mechanical industry is a plus!
- Strong customer service skills
- Proven ability to prospect and network to generate leads and sales opportunities
- Self-discipline to maintain a steady, strong work ethic in a flexible work environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Competent with Microsoft Office Suite
