New Construction HVAC Installer
Compensation: $32.8-$55/hr DOE
Location: Kirkland, WA

In this role, you will be responsible for installing HVAC systems in new construction projects, ensuring precision and quality in sheet metal work, hydronic radiant heating/cooling, geothermal systems, fuel gas piping, refrigeration, and low-voltage controls. You will work within a team-oriented environment that values attention to detail and professionalism.
HVAC Installer Job Responsibilities
- Install HVAC systems in high-end, custom residential projects
- Perform work involving sheet metal, hydronic systems, geothermal, and refrigeration
- Ensure all installations meet project specifications and industry standards
- Work collaboratively in a team-driven, detail-oriented environment
- Maintain tools, vehicles, and workspaces in a professional manner
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance skills and expertise
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HVAC installation or related fields (sheet metal, geothermal, hydronic systems, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship
- Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team
- Must be 24 years or older
- Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a background check
- EPA certification and understanding of HVAC safety standards
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen, including marijuana
