Compensation: $85K-$120K DOE
Location:   Remote

Our client’s company specializes in providing Commercial Aviation Insurance services. They are currently seeking a Commercial Aviation Producer to join their team. As a small company within a niche market, our client values individuals with prior experience as a producer/consultant in the Aviation industry.
Passion for Aviation business is essential, as successful candidates often have a personal connection to the industry, such as owning and regularly flying helicopters, aircraft, or businesses related to Aviation insurance. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home.

Commercial Aviation Producer Job Responsibilities

  • Prospect, vet, and close Aviation business opportunities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients in the Aviation industry
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure client satisfaction and retention
  • Stay updated on industry trends and regulations related to Commercial Aviation Insurance

Qualifications

  • Licensed Property & Casualty in all states where our client operates
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in prospecting, hunting, selling, and closing Commercial Aviation Insurance business
  • Existing base of contacts in the Aviation industry is highly desirable
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
