With a strong presence in NV, UT, and CA, they are known for their multiple offices, strong leadership, and resources to support producers. Currently, they are seeking a Commercial Producer to join their team in the Southwest region, focusing on expanding their presence in Las Vegas and Phoenix.
Commercial Insurance Producer Job Responsibilities
- Generate own prospects, network, establish credibility, build strong relationships and pipelines, consult on business, and close deals.
- Review client exposures, loss experience, current coverages, and recommend appropriate products and services annually.
- Create and present proposals to prospective clients.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience selling Commercial Lines with an independent broker, with validated experience.
- Ability to generate prospects, network, establish credibility, build strong relationships and pipelines, consult on business, and close deals.
- Referrals should have a book of business that can be brokered or transitioned, or a business plan outlining existing relationships and target markets.
