Construction Manager
Compensation: $150K-$180K OTE
Location: Kirkland, WA
Our client is seeking a Construction Manager in the Pierce County area. This role is based in Sumner, Pierce County, overseeing 50-80 homes at a time. Extensive training provided with structured onboarding.
Construction Manager Job Responsibilities
- Work on multi-family town homes projects
- Supervise 2 – 6 team members
- Oversee construction sites, ensuring compliance, safety, and quality assurance
- Manage the entire project from inception to completion
- Hands-on role, involving corrections on work processes
- Manage job site and trades, ensuring smooth operations
Qualifications
- Experience as a Superintendent or Construction Manager in multi-family and residential single-family homes
- Stable work history with no more than 4 jobs in the last 10 years
- Strong teamwork and willingness to learn our client’s processes
