As a Project Manager/Estimator, you will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing various projects from start to finish.
Restoration Project Manager Job Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee jobs from beginning to end
- Oversee schedules, personnel, and prepare work orders
- Perform inspections before, during, and after the job to assess site needs, progress, and materials
- Communicate effectively with insurance representatives, customers, contractors, suppliers, and other involved parties
- Test samples for mold, asbestos, and lead
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
Qualifications
- Demonstrated initiative and construction/project management experience
- Knowledge of safety and compliance regulations
- IICRC training or willingness to obtain
- Strong time and budget management skills
- Team player with a spirit of respect and collaboration
- Proficiency in Xactimate or similar software
- Experience with MS Office Suite
