Our client, a leading distributor of industrial supplies ranging from abrasives, sealants, paints, and coatings to lubes, cutting tools, and electric/electrical components, is seeking a proactive and dynamic Customer Support Representative.
In this multifaceted role, you’ll be the backbone of the sales team, managing inventory sourcing, key account communications, QA documentation, and customer support operations. You’ll immerse yourself in learning the company’s product lines, customer profiles, presentation modes, and policies, using this knowledge to drive sales and support divisional goals.
Customer Support Representative Job Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive support to the sales team by managing inventory purchasing and sourcing.
- Handle key account communications and maintain high standards of customer support.
- Manage and organize QA documentation and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Learn and understand the company’s product lines, customers, and presentation methods thoroughly.
- Make sales calls to both establish new business and grow existing accounts, both inside and outside.
- Assist will-call customers at the branch, offering knowledgeable support and service.

Qualifications
