Their business has different departments that target Small, Mid and Large Market business in multiple niche industries.
This role is influential in the recruiting, hiring, coaching, mentoring and managing new and tenured producers. Your primary focus is ensuring resources, providing guidance and managing the daily activities required for success. In this role, you’ll be managing both a Commercial and Group Benefits team of new business development reps. There will is a diverse workforce of unvalidated, up and coming sales reps as well as tenured sales reps maintaining production goals.
An ideal candidate would have leadership experience, coaching and managing Sales Executives / Producers, who hunt commercial business, as well as experience in the insurance industry.
