SYSTEM SALES REP – COMMERCIAL BUILDING MARKET

THE JOB is system sales rep. You’ll:

  • Build business by prospecting and consultatively selling solutions to new clients
  • Maintain an organic pipeline of upcoming prospect projects
  • Using your knowledge of systems, codes, and the market, present upgrades to previous clients
  • Negotiate best design, pricing, and service for all concerned
  • Investigate and be aware of marketplace trends, issues, and projections
  • Present clearly and professionally the company’s products, services, and value

QUALIFICATIONS for the job include:

  • Consistent sales performance in the commercial new construction and retrofit market
  • Understanding of electrical and architectural commercial construction plans
  • Demonstrated knowledge of low voltage products and systems
  • College degree preferred, but will consider combination of education and experience
