Service Dispatcher – DOE + Full Time + Bonus + Full Benefits

Our client is a full service Mechanical contractor for over 70 years, exceptionally reputable, and stable. They provide design, fabrication, installation and maintenance services for commercial and industrial HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, hydronic, and automation needs in Western Washington. They service Western Washington and their technicians install new systems as well as troubleshoot and repairing Commercial & Industrial projects. This particular dispatcher will service and coordinate their plumbing division.

This role is one that helps coordinate and manage the service team for their plumbing division. You’ll be fielding calls for their clients who need parts, service or to have a field mechanic or technician visit their facility. You’ll be working with the Service Manager, and managing the schedules for the technicians in the field, ideally, ensuring prompt service along with best utilizing technician’s travel times. This is a small office with low turnover that works well together. They are seeking a culture fit that works great in their office.

Job Responsibilities
– Manage Service Administration & Scheduling of Technicians
– Be software savvy, using CRMs, Inventory & MS Excel
– Provide service to internal teams and to clientele
– Experience with client service, customer relations, understanding account needs and urgency levels, able to prioritize client needs and staff

Qualifications
– Experience with MS Excel
– Experience using CRM software
– Strong written and verbal communication skills
– Ideally, someone mechanically inclined, who understands parts, components and has an interest in industrial machinery
– Experience as a dispatcher or service administration

Compensation
– Position is Full-Time, Direct hire, Benefits starting first day of the 2nd month.
– Salary ranges competitive with Union shops
