New Construction HVAC Installer

In this role, you will be responsible for installing HVAC systems in new construction projects, ensuring precision and quality in sheet metal work, hydronic radiant heating/cooling, geothermal systems, fuel gas piping, refrigeration, and low-voltage controls. You will work within a team-oriented environment that values attention to detail and professionalism.

HVAC Installer Job Responsibilities

• Install HVAC systems in high-end, custom residential projects
• Perform work involving sheet metal, hydronic systems, geothermal, and refrigeration
• Ensure all installations meet project specifications and industry standards
• Work collaboratively in a team-driven, detail-oriented environment
• Maintain tools, vehicles, and workspaces in a professional manner
• Participate in ongoing training to enhance skills and expertise

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HVAC installation or related fields (sheet metal, geothermal, hydronic systems, etc.)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship
• Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team
• Must be 24 years or older
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a background check
• EPA certification and understanding of HVAC safety standards
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen, including marijuana
