Commercial HVAC Service Technician | $26-$50/hr DOE

Our client, a prominent provider of commercial HVAC services, is seeking a skilled Service Technician to join their team. Specializing in commercial HVAC design/build, maintenance, energy/controls, and replacement/special projects, our client offers an exciting opportunity for a talented individual.

Commercial HVAC Technician Job Responsibilities

• Perform HVAC service and preventative maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and low voltage components.
• Service a wide range of equipment, including boilers, chillers, cooling towers, circ pumps, VFD’s, VRF’s, WSHP’s, VAV’s, and various control systems.
• Demonstrate expertise in units ranging from 5 to 100+ tons.
• Ensure compliance with EPA Certification and possess an 06A Electrical License.
• Safely handle heavy loads, lifting 75+ lbs repeatedly, and comfortable working at heights using ladders.
• Maintain a flexible schedule, including availability for weekends and on-call duties.
• Thrive in a team-oriented environment, exhibiting excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Utilize software knowledge, particularly in personal computer operations and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in the HVAC field or a combination of formal technical training.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug and alcohol screenings and background check.
• Possess a valid Washington State Driver’s License and maintain a clean driving record.
