Our client’s company is a leader in the design, build, maintenance, and service of commercial HVAC and plumbing systems. They are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join their team in the role of HVAC Project Sales. This vital position focuses on providing high-level sales of design/build HVAC systems, plumbing, and mechanicals, primarily targeting sectors such as commercial offices, education (K-12 and higher education), multifamily residential buildings, healthcare facilities, and other commercial environments.
The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging with owners, designers, some contractors, and other key decision-makers, identifying their needs, crafting tailored proposals, and ensuring the smooth acceptance and execution of projects.
HVAC Project Sales Job Responsibilities
- Engage with owners, designers, contractors, and other decision-makers in various commercial sectors to identify and understand their HVAC and plumbing needs.
- Present and sell design/build HVAC systems, plumbing, and mechanical solutions to commercial office spaces, educational institutions, multifamily residential buildings, healthcare facilities, and other commercial entities.
- Create comprehensive proposals that meet client needs and specifications.
- Ensure the successful acceptance and implementation of HVAC and plumbing projects.
- Maintain professional relationships with clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Proven experience in higher-end design/build sales, particularly in HVAC and plumbing.
- Team-oriented with an ability to work collaboratively.
- Professional demeanor and excellent communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proactive and efficient in getting things done.
