[Building Materials] Inside Sales Representative | $40K-$60K + Commission
Location: Clackamas, OR

With a focus on quality and customer satisfaction, our client is dedicated to providing top-of-the-line products for all your building needs. They are currently looking for an Inside Sales Representative who will be the first point of contact for their customers, helping them make informed decisions about products and services.
Inside Sales Job Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
- Answer inbound phone calls, ranging from 50-60 on slow days to 100-120 on busy days
- Provide in-depth answers to questions customers may have about products and services
- Utilize product knowledge to offer suitable substitutions based on customer needs
- Cold-call new businesses and customers to generate new leads (no specific metric for number of calls)
- Provide quality customer service, offering solutions to problems and answering questions
Qualifications
- Industry knowledge in construction materials or related fields
- Experience with contracting is a plus
- A ready-to-go attitude and eagerness to find new business and customers
- Open to both recent graduates and experienced sales professionals
