Personal Lines Account Assistant – $40-$45K

Our client is a Regional Brokerage specializing in Personal & Commercial insurance, well known for being a boutique provider of niche service to a specialty demographic of business, they have an attractive company culture, pattern of long term employee retention, great pay, and lots of growth potential.

The office is beautiful, located on the water, with a local marina view and fresh seafood nearby. There is ongoing mentorship, support for continued education, and an opportunity to focus either on Account Management, Sales or a combination of both.

This role is an entry level role, with the expectations to teach someone both personal lines and their specialty business, which they get tons of walk ins and referral business for.

Candidates with insurance experience are encouraged to apply.

If you have a Property and Casualty license, enjoy customer service and administrative duties, this would be a great place to build a long term career.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Answering phones, customer service, research information & send invoices
  • Processing of certificates & endorsements, performing audits doing data entry.
  • Learn to work with carriers (vendors), learn contract review, learn to write contracts & get signatures on policies
  • Works well with teams


  • Customers service experience
  • Administrative experience
  • WA State Life, Health, and Property & Casualty Licenses

Compensation is in the $40 – 45K range (DOE) along with employer paid Medical, Dental, Vision & retirement plan (with an employer match)
