Partnerships Director – Bellevue


Data, Analytics, and Artificial Intelligence is changing the world and the way we do business in it. More and more industries are finding ways to utilize this information and subsequently the need for new and better technologies is growing.

Our client is in hyper-growth mode and we are looking to add a Partnerships Director to the North American team. This position reports directly to the President of the company and is extremely important to the growth of the organization.

The Partnership Director is responsible for Identifying, Recruiting and developing a network of partners of different types, across North America, to drive growth and adoption of our client’s solutions.

These partners will be large consulting companies, boutique consultants, marketing agencies and pure resellers. The PD works in conjunction with Sales, Marketing and Customer Success teams, to be the bridge between the company and the partner community. The PD is expected to be both strategic, thinking through long term focus area, and tactical in developing individual relationships.

This role is an individual role that will carry a revenue goal. In the future this positon may have people management responsibilities. The work location is the Greater Seattle Area.


Partnership Directors Duties and Responsibilities

  • Create a Systematic, process driven approach to partner outreach and relationship management
  • Identify and source partnership opportunities through inbound leads and outbound efforts\
  • Manage and grow existing partnerships to accelerate revenue opportunities
  • Collaborate with Senior Management and other teammates to align our internal goals with new and existing partner relationships
  • Constantly learn from partners about new client use end cases and offer that as feedback to internal teams


Partnership Director Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or Math
  • 5+ years’ experience in Business Development, Strategic Alliances or Partnership Management
  • SAAS Experience
  • Knowledge of the E-Commerce or CPG Domain (Preferred)
  • MBA (Preferred)
  • Experience offering Data/Analytics solutions (Preferred)
