They are looking for someone confident in doing presentations with their clients, booking their employees for financial advising sessions, enrolling them into their custom retirement programs and rolling over any existing plans. Series 6 (or 7) and 63 licenses are required. Teams are structure in their office to share the responsibilities between New Business Development with business partners, Financial Advising in a 1 on 1 environment, and performing the servicing of the accounts.
Compensation includes a base salary between $60,000 – $70,000 (DOE) and of course performance bonuses, along with a full benefit package. First year target income should be between $85 – $140K. This position will report to the office daily and client meetings and presentations occur in the field.
Qualifiers for this role:
– a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
– Bachelor’s degree
– Series 6 (or 7) and 63 licenses are required
– Experience working with 401K rollovers, including people with inactive licenses, would be considered.
– Relocations will be considered.
