Office Administrator/Project Support

versatile, detail-oriented candidate with a proven skillset and common sense. You’ll never be
bored as you answer phones, enter CRM info, track the players and processes for current and future
projects, coordinate company and small group events, and even some marketing.
Your ability to prioritize, attend to detail, and maintain project momentum are key in this important

Administrative support for the office
Track schedule, materials, vendors, compliance, and completion for projects
Handle team calendars, meetings, and appointments
Coordinate virtual meetings and catering for small group events
CRM data input and updates
Proven organizational capability
Demonstrated administrative skills, including correspondence, calendar, and forms
Strongly self-motivated, but able to follow instructions
Written and verbal communication skills in a business environment
