Our client produces and distributes frozen seafood products to national retail grocery chains as well as and other channels. They have an attractive culture, empower their sales people to make decisions, compensate well and have a great retention rate as one of the more reputable Seafood Companies in the US. They also control the margins of their business.
You’ll be calling on regional and national clients, and it is expected that you have contacts coming with you. You’ll start with a small book of business, and be tasked at both farming additional products into this business as well as prospecting for new business.
Client accounts are 80% retail grocery and 20% chains of restaurants, specialty distributors or brokers. These are small, medium and large retail grocery chains. Many already carry multiple lines of the company’s products.
Our client has a structured compensation plan that starts with a base salary between $75-150K DOE + Bonus (based on personal and company performance).
– 5+ years experience selling frozen commodity or value added Seafood
– Experienced selling to National food service distributors, retail grocery, restaurant chains or brokers.
– Located in Seattle, Houston, Atlanta, New York or Los Angeles
