Licensed (Insurance) Customer Service Representative – Arlington ($45,000) Base Salary

We are in the market and looking to find a Customer Service Representative for a well-known Insurance client of ours in Arlington.

Our client owns and operates an excellent insurance agency and due to growth, is looking to add another Customer Service Representative to a thriving team.

In this role you will be responsible for fielding incoming calls, managing accounts, and work with existing clients. Customers will want to make claims, adjust coverage, ask questions and add new policies. Providing a superior level of customer service is your highest priority.

Client lives are ever changing and coverages needed to be added and adjusted to fit their needs. They may have bought a new car and are not aware of gap coverage, added a new member of the family and now want life insurance, or may just be completely unaware of a policy that may benefit them.

Company is offering a competitive base salary, $45,000 (doe) a benefit plan and annual raises and reviews.

Candidates should have:

  • P&C Insurance license
  • 2-5 years In a professional customer service capacity
  • Experience within the Insurance industry
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
