Service Maintenance Sales Executive

We are seeking a determined and experienced individual to fill the position of Service Maintenance Sales Executive for our client, a leader in the HVAC Service System Assessment, Maintenance, Repair, Energy Optimization, Design Build and Retrofit industry. This position offers a comprehensive benefits package including full medical, dental, vision, and 401K. A car allowance is also provided, as the successful candidate will use their own vehicle for work purposes.

Service Maintenance Sales Job Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within Snohomish County
• Generate and develop own leads, demonstrating a proactive and tenacious approach
• Engage and build relationships with clients, whether owner-direct or through contractors, or property management companies
• Drive sales of service maintenance agreements

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in HVAC service or project sales
• Ability to work independently, showing initiative and a ‘hunter’ mentality
• Strong network of contacts within the industry and territory
• Willingness to travel within Snohomish County and report to Seattle office for training
