(Heavy Equipment) Inside Sales Representative | $80K

Location:  Seattle, WA

Our client, an established and growing provider of standard and custom heavy equipment, is ready to hire now for their expanding inside sales desk.

The role requires a seasoned inside representative qualified to provide complete solutions for timber, industrial, and marine customers’ heavy equipment needs.

You’ll need all your knowledge and experience to understand the equipment, environment, and application before assembling and quoting a solution that’s specific to that customer. After the quote’s accepted, work with manufacturers to ensure acquisition and delivery of all products involved. Be mindful of all related applications and specifications as you handle the logistics and delivery of main and related products.

Job Responsibilities

  • Determine customers’ needs
  • Consultatively provide quotes for equipment packages that meets them
  • Oversee ordering, logistics and delivery for products
  • Coordinate and ensure proper product customization


  • Strong knowledge of hoists, lifts, and related equipment
  • Familiar with the industrial marketplace
  • Experience with specs, quote, and sales process
  • Self-directed, communicative, and adaptable
