[HVAC & Wholesale Plumbing] Outside Sales Representative
Compensation: $50K-$60K DOE

Our client, a renowned company in the HVAC and Plumbing Wholesale Distribution Industry, is seeking an Outside Sales Representative for their Gulfport branch.
This pivotal role involves direct sales to Plumbing Contractors in Gulfport, working closely with a dedicated branch team, and reporting to the Profit Center Manager. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in turning around the market, driving sales, and contributing to the branch’s success.
Outside Sales Job Responsibilities
- Direct sales to Plumbing Contractors in Gulfport
- Collaborate with a small branch team including the Profit Center Manager
- Participate in an onboarding process to understand the business model and work dynamics
- Work towards increasing market share and driving sales growth.
The selected candidate will undergo an onboarding process that lasts between 12 to 24 months, depending on their experience and industry knowledge. This process includes learning how to work in each department and understanding the company’s business model. The compensation structure during onboarding is a base of $50-60K, which increases to $60-75K base after completion, plus a profit share.
Qualifications
- 2-3 years experience in Business-to-Business (B2B) sales of tangible products, preferably to Plumbing contractors
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record in sales and ability to meet targets
- Ability to work in a team and adapt to changing work environments
