Business Development Representative | $120K-$150K OTE

Location: Denver, CO

We are currently seeking a Business Development Representative for our client’s company in Denver, CO. Our client specializes in providing customized first aid equipment and supplies, AEDs, and OTC meds to general businesses.

As the Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for utilizing your industrial sales and line-conversion experience to hunt for new accounts for full line conversion from competing products and suppliers to our client’s products.

Business Development Representative Job Responsibilities

  • Hunt for new accounts for full line conversion from competing products and suppliers
  • Get buy-ins from multiple stakeholders including Owner/Managers, sales team, and purchasing/buyers
  • Utilize a consultative and transactional approach in the sales process
  • Sell the value proposition of our client’s products which includes more $ in the first aid category, more depth of product, direct purchasing power, and order execution
  • Call, email, and Zoom prospects to get buy-ins and sell the product line
  • Turn over the account to the service team once the sale is completed
  • 10-15% travel required


  • Strong time management skills, self-directed, and self-motivated
  • Follows structured sales process and is a fearless communicator
  • Assertive without arrogance
  • No SAAS or Pharma sales experience
  • Experienced in call and email campaigns and is a creative hunter
  • Gets consultative selling to all levels
  • Degree preferred
  • Software knowledge requirements: MS Office
