(Building Materials) Inside Sales Representative | $60K-$80K OTE
Location: Arlington, WA
Our client, a building supply company in Arlington, WA, is looking for an Inside Sales Representative to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the outside sales reps in meetings with customers, prospecting new clients, and building stronger relationships with current customers. This role involves a lot of phone calls to generate new leads and sales, as well as providing customer support to walk-in retail or contractor customers.
Inside Sales Representative Job Responsibilities
- Support outside sales reps in customer meetings and site visits
- Prospect new clients and build stronger relationships with current customers
- Provide customer support and respond to inquiries from customers via phone and email
- Determine customer requirements and recommend specific products and services
- Generate sales quotations and actively engage in selling company products and services
- Provide material take offs, estimates, and pricing of large packages
- Enter orders into computer system and provide training to less experienced Inside Sales Representatives
Qualifications
- 3+ years inside sales experience, preferably in the industry
- Strong communication skills and personable demeanor
- Strong attention to detail
- Interested in long-term work and career growth within the company
