[Building Materials] Inside / Outside Sales Representative

Compensation: $90K OTE

Location:   Kent, WA

Our client is a wholesale distributor of construction materials, known for their commitment to hard work, innovation, and teamwork. They have built a strong reputation in the industry and are looking for a driven and resourceful Inside/Outside Sales Representative to join their team. This role offers a dynamic work environment with opportunities for both office-based and field sales, along with a collaborative company culture where everyone contributes to success.

Inside / Outside Sales Job Responsibilities


  • Inside Sales: Work from the Kent office, making outbound sales calls to clients in California, Oregon, Idaho, and Washington
  • Outside Sales: Visit B2B clients and construction job sites to develop relationships, close deals, and drive sales
  • Team Collaboration: Occasionally assist with pulling orders to support operations and teamwork
  • Sales Growth: Proactively seek new business opportunities, meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • CRM & Tech Utilization: Leverage CRM tools and social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook) to track leads, monitor industry trends, and generate new sales opportunities
