Tech Support / Project Manager Trainee | $45K DOE
Location: Tukwila, WA
Our client, a leading Commercial Lighting company specializing in stock and design/build, layout/design assistance, and spec-compliant solutions, is seeking a Tech Support/Project Manager Trainee to join their team.
In this role, you will start in a tech support role and learn to provide products and product support to customers, do linear takeoffs, work with the quotes team, and get information to the company team, clients, and suppliers. You will learn all about the customers, products, processes, manufacturers, and everything else commercial lighting. You will handle the in-between steps and processes involved in sales, project development, estimating, and commissioning.
With time and experience, you will have the opportunity to promote to project management or sales direction and grow within the industry and the company.
Tech Support Job Responsibilities
- Provide products and product support to customers.
- Do linear takeoffs, work with the quotes team, and get information to the company team, clients, and suppliers.
- Learn all about the customers, products, processes, manufacturers, and everything else commercial lighting.
- Handle the in-between steps and processes involved in sales, project development, estimating, and commissioning.
