Restoration Construction Branch Manager | $150K-$200K OTE

Location:  Portland, OR, Boise, ID & Spokane, WA

Are you an experienced branch manager with a background in construction restoration in response to natural disasters? Do you have strong communication skills, judgement, and the ability to manage goals, budgets, and metrics? If so, this may be the opportunity for you!

Our client has added a major-market branch every year since 2015 (except 2020) and has its sights set on Portland or Boise (or even Spokane) for its next one. They are seeking a self-motivated individual with a strong track record of building and leading teams to open their next branch from the ground up and provide commercial and residential customers with emergency help in the areas of fire, smoke and water damage, environmental remediation, electronics recovery, demolition and reconstruction, and related services after a natural or man-made disaster.

The ideal candidate will have a knowledge of the business and the ability to tie in the best techs and subcontractors to the branch. Previous industry branch management is preferred, but we are open to developing a foreman or PM with strong operational sense into this role, provided they have local relationships. In this role, you will oversee tech, project manager, superintendent, and support staff.

If you are a team-oriented individual with a strong sense of integrity, humility, and service and are looking for a new challenge, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. Don’t miss out on the chance to take your career to the next level!
