Assistant Superintendent

Assistant Superintendent Job Responsibilities

• Assist in the completion of two multifamily projects, ensuring adherence to schedule, cost control, and safety standards
• Oversee daily operations, including subcontractor contact and maintenance of the completion log with photos
• At project completion, engage with owners to ensure their satisfaction and conformance to specifications and standards
• Contribute to the planning and execution of upcoming projects in Bellevue, Bothell, and the greater Seattle area

Qualifications

• Experience in construction, preferably residential
• Leadership skills and ability to work effectively within a team
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Proficiency in using computers for cost and communication updates
• Knowledge of scheduling, blueprint reading, and construction trades
• Initiative, integrity, and a personality that fits the company culture
