Originally a family run business, they are now an employee owned company with a profit sharing program, so as the company grows, you will too. They are dedicated to utilizing modern technology, have experienced leadership, an attractive culture and aggressive commission splits.
They specialize in Small & Mid-Market Agricultural and Small Market General Commercial business, ranging from Main Street business, schools, restaurants, hotels, professional services, retail, Non-profits and contractors.
An ideal candidate would at least 2 years in the insurance industry, whether that’s with a captive or independent agency, this is a sales and prospecting role, the focus is on 100% on bringing in new clients.
They have an attractive new business and renewal split for all business.
- Generate your own leads, prospect for business
- Close your own deals
- Advise / consult with a wide variety of custom services
- Active Property & Casualty Licenses
- Generates your own leads in a B2B environment
- Cold calling to vertical markets
- Consultative sales experience
Compensation will be competitively in the $50K-80K range DOE, and includes an attractive, employer paid Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k, & PTO package.
Relocations will be considered.
