Commercial Producer – $50K-$150K Draw + Benefits

Location: WA & OR

Our client is one of Washington & Oregon’s best employers consistently over the last 10 years, around for over 40 years. They are an independent brokerage with a full product portfolio of services, offering Commercial, Group Benefits and Personal lines of insurance. They are dedicated to utilizing modern technology, have experienced leadership, an attractive culture and aggressive commission splits.

As far as resources go, they do have a robust claims department, risk management consultants for your prospects / clients. On the Commercial side, they work with Mid & Large Market Commercial Real Estate, Healthcare, Large Contractors & Developers, Transportation, Manufacturing, Technology, Life Sciences, Retail and Financial Services & Non Profits.

An ideal candidate would at least 2 years in the insurance industry, ideally, having validated at least once with an independent agency, this is a sales and prospecting role, 100% focused on bringing in new clients. They have an attractive new business and renewal split for all business.

Job Responsibilities

  • Generate your own leads, prospect for business
  • Close your own deals
  • Advise / consult with a wide variety of custom services

Qualifications

  • Active Property & Casualty Licenses
  • Generates your own leads in a B2B environment
  • Cold calling to vertical markets
  • Consultative sales experience

Compensation will be competitively in the $80K-$150K range DOE, and includes an attractive, employer paid Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k, & PTO package.

Relocations will be considered.
